To bring this vision to life, we are delighted to be in conversation with Lindsey Elkin, Yayem’s co-founder, and now VP of Aethos Membership. Lindsey’s passion for design, community, and meaningful experiences aligns perfectly with our mission, and she will be leading the evolution of our membership offerings.
For Lindsey, a strong community is not built on exclusivity alone. «People crave authenticity and real connection. Exclusivity and good cocktails alone are not enough to sustain a community beyond the initial ‘hype’ period—the members’ clubs that succeed will be grounded in shared values and community.» This belief is at the core of Aethos membership, where every space, experience, and even technology has been designed with a community-first approach.
Rather than dictating what a members’ club should be, Aethos has evolved alongside its members, continuously shaping its offerings to meet their needs. «Our members wanted more wellness and longevity, so we launched wellness rituals at all our spaces and experiences.
