In her new position, Godsmark will lead the evolution of Aethos’ global people strategy — shaping a unified culture across all destinations and teams. Her remit includes strengthening leadership development, elevating employee experience, and embedding values-driven practices that support Aethos’ next chapter of growth.
With more than 15 years of global HR leadership experience, Godsmark specialises in culture design, people transformation, and leadership development. Most recently serving as Global Head of People at The Gap Partnership. She previously held senior roles at Kerzner and Universal.
Aethos currently operates destinations and member clubs in London, Lisbon, Ericeira, Mallorca, Milan, Monterosa, Saragano, Sardinia, and Corsica, with additional properties in development.
