About Eleni Koussoroplis

Eleni Koussoroplis has spent over a decade shaping membership-led communities across private members’ clubs, philanthropic networks and hospitality-driven workspaces. Her work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and human connection — building environments that prioritise long-term engagement, cultural relevance and a strong sense of belonging.

Most recently, she served as Director of Membership at Maslow’s in London, contributing to the development of concepts including Mortimer House and 1 Warwick, where she focused on building engaged, experience-led communities.

“These two roles sit at the heart of what Aethos is building. Eleni brings her instinct and structure to make belonging feel effortless at every stage of our growth. And Andrew gives us the financial rigour and discipline to grow without losing ourselves in the process. I'm excited about what we will create together,” says Lily Wecker, CEO of Aethos.
