4-Day Retreat Outline
We begin by arriving into space, into your body, and into a circle of fellow retreat members. You’ll be guided through a grounding practice and a visualisation to help you reconnect with your deeper vision and hopes for the retreat. Together, we’ll co-create a safe, honest, and supportive space for the days to come. Evening: We gather for a shared dinner and enjoy nourishing food and conversation.
This is the day we begin to notice, with honesty and compassion, the deeper patterns that shape how we move through the world. Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and group exploration, we’ll meet the beliefs, behaviours, and protective parts that may have been driving us on autopilot. With care, we’ll begin softening what no longer serves and start discerning what creates space for more truthful choices to emerge.
Today is about embodiment, grounding what matters into the body, into your choices, and into how you want to live. Through creative practices, somatic work, and collective dialogue, you’ll shape meaningful commitments and anchor supportive rituals that feel real and doable. You’ll close the day with a deeper sense of clarity, courage, and connection to the life you’re choosing from within.
Our final morning is a threshold, a space to honour what’s been felt, seen, and reclaimed. We’ll gather for reflection, group practices and a closing ceremony to harvest your insights and mark the shift. You’ll be invited to release outdated narratives and call in the qualities and commitments that will guide you forward. You leave not with all the answers, but with clarity, spaciousness, and renewed connection to what’s true for you.

Post Retreat
We will reconnect as a group to reflect, share progress, and receive accountability support. This session is designed to help you stay aligned with your commitments and integrate your experience into everyday life.
Led by Fabio, the guided breathwork sessions use conscious, functional breathing to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring you back to presence. Through grounding, movement, and awareness practices, you’ll learn to attune to your body’s signals, find clarity, and access the inner steadiness needed to navigate change.
In a safe and supportive circle, these group sessions foster real connection through reflection, storytelling, and honest dialogue. You’ll uncover inner patterns, clarify values, and open space for new possibilities while learning with others
