Day 1

Guests arrive and settle in. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and drinks with Joana, who will open the retreat with an inspiring talk on overcoming fear in the water and building surfing confidence. Note: This dinner is not included in the package and carries an additional cost.

Day 2
Wednesday, 30 October

The day begins with a nourishing breakfast, followed by a tailored surf session. After surfing, guests join a guided breathwork practice to enhance focus and self-awareness. Evening dinner and wine at the hotel. Note: Dinner on this day is not included and carries an additional cost.

Day 3
Thursday, 31 October

Start the morning with breakfast and another surf session. Afterwards, the breathwork journey continues, followed by an ice bath experience designed to build mental resilience. The evening includes dinner and relaxed connection. Note: Dinner is not included and carries an additional cost.

Day 4
Friday, 1 November

Following breakfast and surfing, guests are guided through an advanced water-based breath training known as apnea. This experience deepens the ability to remain calm and focused in demanding surf conditions. Dinner is included and accompanied by a private screening of Big vs Small, followed by a conversation with Joana exploring big wave surfing and personal growth.

Saturday, 2 November

The final breakfast and closing surf session. The retreat ends with a gentle moment of reflection and farewell. Note: Dinner on this day is not included and available at additional cost upon request.
