DAY 1 — ARRIVE

11 November

We begin by arriving — into the space, into your body, and into the circle of fellow retreat members. Take time to settle in, breathe, and leave the outside world behind.

3:00 pm | Welcome
Arrive, settle in and meet your retreat community.

5:00–6:30 pm | Yoga — Welcome Home
An invigorating opening class designed to bring you into your body, awaken your energy and set the tone for the days ahead.

7:30 pm | Dinner
A shared dinner with nourishing food and good conversation.

From 9:00 pm | Room essentials
Time to unwind, settle into your space and ease into your first evening.

DAY 2 — CENTRE

Fire & Spaciousness

Today is about finding your centre. Through movement, Ayurvedic treatments and moments of stillness, we explore how to build energy while staying connected to ourselves.

8:00–9:30 am | Yoga — Fire
Explore the element of Fire and the place that keeps you centred in the present moment. Build energy while staying connected to the body, using strength and movement not as force, but as a way of coming back to yourself.

10:00 am | Breakfast

11:00 am–1:00 pm | Spa — The Passage
Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage followed by time to relax and experience hot and cold therapy.

1:30–2:30 pm | Lunch

2:30–6:00 pm | Spa — The Passage
Continue your restorative Ayurvedic journey with Abhyanga massage, free time and hot and cold therapy.

6:00 pm | Yoga — Becoming Spaciousness
An open-body practice focused on recognising the steady space within you — the place that doesn’t move. Hug into your centre, then reach away and expand through a slow, spacious flow.

7:30 pm | Dinner

DAY 3 — OPEN

Honey Heart & Fluid Spine

A day of opening and softening. Move into the heart, release tension through restorative treatments, and reconnect with the fluidity of your body.

8:00–9:30 am | Yoga — Honey Heart
A satisfying sequence focused on opening the heart, front body and sides, while building strength through the shoulders.

10:00 am | Breakfast

10:30 am–1:00 pm | Spa
Craniosacral and abdominal massage with Marma acupoints — fluid, freeing and deeply restorative.

Free time | Beach & cliff walks
Step outside and reconnect with the landscape around you.

1:30–2:30 pm | Lunch

2:30–6:00 pm | Spa
Continue with craniosacral and abdominal massage, with time to relax, explore the beach and walk along the cliffs.

6:00 pm | Yoga — Fluid Spine
A flowing sequence to awaken thoracic mobility, moving through extended side angle, twisted triangle and backbends before grounding with seated hip openers.

7:30 pm | Dinner

DAY 4 — RELEASE

Renewed Energy

Today is about clearing space. Through twists, deep body treatments and meditation, let go of what no longer needs to be carried.

8:00–9:30 am | Yoga — Renewed Energy
A detoxifying, twist-based sequence designed to awaken the body and create a sense of renewed energy.

10:00 am | Breakfast

11:00 am–1:00 pm | Spa
Full-body exfoliation followed by a basalt stone back and foot massage and cocoon wrap. Skin softened, body relaxed, mind clear.

Free time

2:30–6:00 pm | Spa
Continue your treatment journey with full-body exfoliation, basalt stone massage and cocoon wrap, with time to rest afterwards.

Mindful shapes and a short guided meditation to clear internal charge and bring the system back into balance.

7:30 pm | Dinner

DAY 5 — RETURN

Be What You Seek

The final morning is a threshold — a moment to honour what has been felt, seen and reclaimed. We gather to reflect, express gratitude and carry the experienceorward.

8:00–9:30 am | Yoga — Be What You Seek
An energising flow with sun salutations, playful transitions and balance-focused practices. A playful sequence to invite new opportunities and reconnect with what you seek.

10:00 am | Breakfast

11:00 am–12:30 pm | Return to Gratitude Meditation
A simple, grounding practice that brings awareness to your breath, your body, your mind and the support around you. Recognise what is present, honour what you carry, and return to yourself with a clearer, more anchored sense of appreciation.

2:00 pm | Late Check-Out

Leave with space to breathe, clarity around what matters, and a renewed connection to yourself — not with all the answers, but with a sense of what comes next.
