New Year’s Eve in the heart of the Alps
The night unfolds at 7PM at The Doping Champoluc, with a standing aperitivo, DJ set, and a special selection of bubbles, drinks and gourmet bites.
Following aperitivo, the celebration continues from 8.30PM at our signature restaurants, Summit and 1568 Japanese Steakhouse, with a tasting dinner accompanied by live music — a culinary journey led by our chef’s creativity, embracing the flavours of the mountains.
At midnight, we’ll toast to the New Year on the terrace following the Italian tradition, with lentils, cotechino, and fireworks illuminating the alpine sky.
