Our Manifesto

When people stay at a nice hotel, they don’t live by everyday rules.
They have a drink for breakfast.
They let the kids eat ice cream for dinner.
They sleep until 3 p.m.
They end up at afterparties in strangers' rooms.
Or whatever.

Two women underwater in a swimming pool facing each other closely with one woman holding the other's face gently.

Because hotels aren’t real life. They’re better.
They’re havens.
Little worlds where the normal rules don’t apply.
Where you can let go, give in, and do things differently.

A woman in a white bikini stands by a pool, shielding her eyes from the sun, while another woman lies on a lounge chair under a large pink umbrella. A man swims in the pool, and several empty lounge chairs with rolled towels and small tables line the poolside.

Each of our hotels is different—by design.
Different places, different flavours, different vibes.
But together, they make up a world where you can drop the act, ditch the rules, and just be.

Because the rules?
They’re different here.

Two women with wet hair smiling and relaxing in a foam-filled bath against a textured stone wall background.

A woman with wet hair lying nude on her stomach on a striped towel on a lounge chair by a reflective pool with hills in the background, while a man sits nearby wearing orange swim trunks.

A sunny poolside scene with several wooden lounge chairs, each topped with a rolled towel and shaded by light pink umbrellas, some occupied by people sunbathing and relaxing.

A woman in a white bikini standing under a large pink umbrella by a poolside lounge area with cushioned chairs, while two people relax in the background under similar umbrellas.

A man in red swim trunks doing push-ups on the poolside while a woman in a white bikini balances on his back, holding a cocktail glass, with sun umbrellas and loungers in the background near a scenic hilly landscape.

Silhouette of a woman standing on the deck of a large white yacht during sunset, with a shoreline of trees and luxury houses in the background.

See Different

A person sitting on a towel under a blue umbrella on a sandy beach with clear blue-green water and large rocks nearby, with rocky hills and a house in the background.

Two women on electric bikes smiling and looking back while standing on a rocky trail near the coast with the ocean in the background.

Two people riding bicycles on a dirt path through green shrubbery with a modern three-story building and wind turbines visible in the background under a soft overcast sky.

A woman with long blonde hair wearing a leopard print top with gold chain straps looks toward the camera, with part of a person in a white blazer next to her.

A woman with dark hair lies topless on her side on a beige surface with a towel nearby, resting her head on her arm while sunbathing outdoors. In the foreground is a wooden board holding a partially eaten slice of watermelon and a glass with amber liquid. A pack of cigarettes is also visible near her legs.

I put six sugars in my coffee this morning.

Me and my wife went out into the garden in the pouring rain and danced to our wedding playlist until our clothes were soaked through. I’ve not felt that alive since the eighties.

I stole a pen from my waiter at lunch. I regret it now. It’s a nice pen.

A woman in a white bathrobe and towel on her head is talking on a phone while holding a cigarette on a balcony with a sea view, while two boys in swim trunks playfully aim colorful water guns at each other.

“Aethos was built on a simple idea: hospitality should feel human. We wanted to create places where comfort has character. To make space for the moments in between. The ones that aren’t planned, slightly imperfect, and much more real.”
